Cocco’s is a
cake and chocolate café, offering superior quality cakes, desserts,
confectionery and beverages at a value for money pricing. The menu
consists of International style mousse based cakes and pastries
using low fat non-dairy creams, fresh fruits and flourless sponges.
The emphasis is on chocolate-based desserts. The accent on
garnishing makes each piece a work of art. The visual appeal leads
one to try a piece and another and another. The products are spread
over various price points to ensure a large spectrum of appeal. All

Chef Dhiren
Kanwar and his team of specialized pastry chefs, trained in the
art of perfection. Chef Dhiren has trained under Chef Steudler,
pastry chef of the French Olympic culinary team. The desserts are
made at our temperature controlled central kitchen in Santacruz and
distributed fresh on a daily basis through refrigerated vans. |

A new addition at our Lokhandwala shop is the live Desserts Station
serving fabulous Molten Lava Mud Pie, Chocolate Fondue, Chocolate
Martini, Fresh Belgian waffles, Brownie Sizzlers etc. made in front
of the guests. The irresistible aroma of these Waffles entices
customers to try them. All our desserts are served with a choice of
assorted sauces (Strawberry, Dark Chocolate, White Cointreau).
The mission of Cocco’s is to bring together friends and family in a
sweet relaxing environment where they can indulge in the finest
desserts and coffee and provide a menu, which has a fantastic
selection of exotique, cakes at affordable and competitive pricing.
We serve fresh products everyday and to ensure that, we have Happy
Hours from 10.00 pm to 12 midnight on the day’s last products.
Very soon we will be inviting our guests to embark on a Chocolate
journey with us where we take them thru chocolates of different
origins, textures and depths of cocoa percentages in them.
Our Chef will prepare in front of the guests some unusual
chocolates. All genres of chocolate will be presented: dark, milk,
white, pralines, truffles, liqueurs. At the end of the journey the
guest will probably be a connoisseur of chocolate .We plan to take
our guests thru this sweet journey once every month.
